About Living Medicine

Living Medicine: Philosophy & Practice

Living Medicine is a comprehensive, holistic system of Natural Medicine that holds to modern scientific understandings of the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual levels that make up who we are and the Natural Laws that govern healing.

Living Medicine treats the human being, NOT their disease. To do otherwise is like running west to see the sun rise – an exercise in futility.

Disease is the end result of losing your ability to self-regulate and maintain homeostasis. Many – and often multiple – factors play a role: nutritional deficiencies, toxicities, physiologic insufficiencies, devitalization, emotional trauma and so on.

Living Medicine holds that it is always and only the body in concert with The Divine that does the miracle of healing. It works with patients, not on them, to facilitate the highest levels of restoration possible. As such, care is entirely individualized, artfully tailored to each patient’s unique situation and needs.

It is complex. It is dynamic. And it works.
